Refund Policy

Last Updated: 2/9/2026

This Refund Policy describes Accumark Labs’ (“Accumark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) position regarding refunds for analytical testing services. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Shipping & Turnaround Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. No Refunds for Completed or In-Progress Services

Because Accumark provides custom laboratory testing services that require time, materials, and instrument resources upon order and sample receipt:

All sales are final.
Refunds are not issued once:

  • An order has been placed, or

  • A sample has been received, accepted, or analysis has begun

This includes situations where results do not meet a client’s expectations or desired outcomes.

2. No Refunds Based on Results

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Test outcomes or analytical findings

  • Purity, identity, or composition results

  • Inconclusive, unexpected, or unfavorable results

Analytical results reflect only the tested sample at the time of analysis and are provided for research use only.

3. Sample Issues & Rejected Samples

If a sample is rejected prior to analysis due to being:

  • Improperly labeled

  • Insufficient in quantity

  • Non-conforming or outside Accumark’s analytical scope

Accumark may, at its discretion:

  • Offer re-submission guidance, or

  • Apply the payment as a credit toward a future service

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or partial credits may be considered only at Accumark’s sole discretion in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate orders placed in error

  • Payment processing errors

  • Services that cannot be performed due solely to Accumark’s internal limitations

Any such consideration does not create an obligation to issue refunds in future cases.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Accumark prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Refusal of future orders

  • Recovery of associated dispute fees where permitted

6. Contact Us
